Role Purpose
The purpose of the role is to deploy and execute SDA framework across deals within LOB, review and support operation in meetings operational parameters as per MSA and SOW and provide value add services to the clients in the LOB.

Delivery & Operations: Own end-to-end procurement and supply chain delivery; achieve contractual SLAs, KPIs, productivity, quality and compliance targets. Sourcing & Contracts: Oversee category strategy, RFx, negotiations, supplier selection, contracting and value realization for complex sourcing engagements. Client & Governance: Serve as senior client contact and escalation point; lead operational reviews, QBRs/ABRs, performance reporting and improvement plans. People Leadership: Lead, coach and develop managers and teams; drive capacity, performance, engagement, succession planning and capability building. |
Transformation & Savings: Identify and deliver spend optimization, savings, demand management, process standardization, automation and continuous improvement opportunities. Supply Chain Integration: Provide expertise across enterprise supply chain interfaces, including requisition-to-PO, supplier management, contracts, catalog/content and master data. Quality, Risk & Controls: Apply structured problem solving and QC tools; manage root-cause analysis, audit readiness, policy adherence, operational risk and corrective actions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations and Supply Chain; support transitions, solutioning, innovation roadmaps and account growth. |

Senior Procurement Delivery Leader

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement Delivery to lead procurement operations and drive delivery excellence for a global mining client. This role requires a strong leader with extensive experience in procurement operations, stakeholder management, team leadership, process transformation, and end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Delivery & Operations
- Lead end-to-end procurement operations and ensure achievement of contractual SLAs, KPIs, quality, compliance, and productivity targets.
- Manage large-scale procurement programs and drive operational excellence across the engagement.
- Ensure efficient execution of sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and procurement governance activities.
Source-to-Pay (S2P) Expertise
- Demonstrate strong hands-on experience across the entire S2P lifecycle, including:
- Requisition Management
- RFx Management
- Strategic Sourcing
- Supplier Onboarding
- Purchase Order Management
- Contract Management
- Invoice Processing
- Supplier Performance Management
- Drive process standardization, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders.

- Build strong relationships with client leadership and support business growth initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a procurement operations team.
- Preference for candidates currently managing a team size of approximately 40 FTEs or more.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for procurement transformation, automation, process optimization, and cost savings.
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and value realization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and best practices.

Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Procurement Operations, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Procurement Outsourcing.
- Strong experience managing delivery for large global clients.
- Proven expertise in Delivery Management and Procurement Operations.
- Experience supporting complex procurement environments with strong governance and stakeholder management.
