Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to bridge client's functional and technical requirements at the module level by assisting in outlining technical specifications, performing basic configuration, and troubleshooting initial system issues.

Role: Tosca Automation Engineer/Lead/ Architecture.

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Key Responsibilities

•             Lead end-to-end test automation programs using Tricentis Tosca.

•             Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Functional, Regression, Integration, API, and End-to-End testing.

•             Define automation strategy, standards, and best practices across projects.

•             Integrate Tosca automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.

•             Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and QA teams to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

•             Review and optimize automated test scripts for maintainability and performance.

•             Manage test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

•             Mentor automation engineers and conduct code reviews.

•             Support release readiness assessments and test metrics reporting.

•             Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales discussions when required.

Mandatory Skills: Tosca Testsuite - Test Automation . Experience: 5-8 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
