About the Role

This is a Director Sales role for our Connected Services Korea location - to make the team and business even stronger. We are seeking a senior professional who will play a crucial role in business development, and business proposals creation including lead Connected Services offerings, value proposition and final deal closure.

The role entails working with Wipro Connected Services Sales and Delivery Teams, Geographical Business Units and SME’s to develop and present business solutions, align business needs and position Connected Services experience and services as key a differentiator and of competitive advantage.

This person must be comfortable mapping business requirements into Connected Services capabilities and services, suggesting delivery methodologies, defining financial models, prerequisites, and dependencies of a successful engagement, coordinating, and integrating business development activities across multiple organizational units and divisions.

The role will report to Chief Commercial Officer – Wipro Connected Services .

What You Will Do

• Work as part of sales/presales team with Connected Services  senior management, account managers, heads of business units and SME’s.
• Lead a large Metal account with a small around 5 member global team
• Be the single point of connect with the client for business growth, delivery escalations, relationships etc.,
• Drive preparation and participate in Vendor Registration/NDA/RFI/RFP/Commercial Proposal sessions which requires all sales process from the beginning to the end.
• Act as a single point of contact collaborating with Global Finance and Legal Divisions and providing a comprehensive targeted response.
• Integrate technical solution implementation approach into business proposals, build pricing models based on technical estimates, timelines, and cost analyses.
• Create offline and online presentations featuring Wipro’s values, experience, and services.
• Continually collect and structure Wipro’s technological and business experience for further reuse by sales and presales teams.
• Promote collaborations with Korea/Global Team and educate the best practices to global teams.
• Build and manage executive relationship with customers
