- Lead multiple concurrent integration programs across enterprise applications, cloud platforms, middleware, APIs, and vendor platforms.
- Define program objectives, scope, roadmap, and success criteria.
- Drive governance, program reviews, executive reporting, and decision-making forums.
- Ensure delivery excellence across schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
- Govern end-to-end implementation of enterprise integration solutions using APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native integration platforms.
- Manage dependencies across application, infrastructure, security, network, and data teams.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, security controls, and compliance requirements.
- Partner with executive sponsors, business leaders, enterprise architects, delivery teams, and vendor partners.
- Present program status, risks, mitigation plans, and strategic recommendations to leadership teams.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and vendor engagements.
- Identify risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
- Establish program metrics, dashboards, and KPI reporting.

Mandatory Skills: Project Delivery . Experience: 8-10 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
