City Manager – PPL Delivery

Role Summary

Lead end-to-end Pick, Pack, and Loading operations across assigned locations, with accountability for safety, service, cost, workforce performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and deliver safety, quality, cost, productivity, and service targets.
Plan staffing, schedules, training, and performance for frontline and supervisory teams.
Conduct site audits, resolve escalations, and maintain safety and SOP compliance.
Analyze results, report to leadership, and drive cost and process improvements.
Partner with customer and support teams and assist with site launches and expansion.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery.
Experience leading high-volume teams and managing KPI/SLA performance.
Strong Excel, reporting, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
Multi-site experience and Lean or Six Sigma training are preferred.

Mandatory Skills: Drone Scan . Experience: 1-3 Years .The expected compensation for this role ranges from $35,500 to $76,000 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
