How you'll make an impact
This role is ideal for a benefits professional who can independently manage client deliverables, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic consulting engagements while supporting the growth and development of team members.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead the day-to-day management and execution of client engagements, serving as the primary project manager and coordinating timelines, deliverables, action items, and internal resources across client teams.
- Act as a key contact for clients, proactively managing routine communications, resolving issues, and ensuring timely follow-up on client requests and priorities.
- Support the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of health and wellbeing benefit programs.
- Lead benefit plan benchmarking, plan design evaluations, cost-saving opportunities, and funding strategy analyses in partnership with actuarial and specialty practice teams.
- Manage vendor relationships and ongoing service delivery, including renewals, implementation activities, performance reviews, and resolution of vendor performance, billing, enrollment, and escalated member issues.
- Lead the preparation, analysis, and execution of vendor RFPs and market evaluations for health and wellbeing programs.
- Oversee the development and review of client deliverables, ensuring analyses, presentations, and recommendations are accurate, strategic, and client-ready.
- Facilitate client meetings, develop agendas and presentation materials, drive discussions, document decisions, and ensure accountability for follow-up activities.
- Take on special projects and assignments to support the client and practice objectives.

About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in health and welfare consulting, brokerage, carrier, TPA, or related employee benefits experience.
- Active Life & Health License or willingness to obtain and maintain licensure within 6 months of hire.
- Able and willing to travel approximately 25% of the time.
