Lead the technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) and Power Platform components. You will own technical design end‑to‑end, establish engineering standards, guide developers, and ensure high‑quality, secure, and scalable implementations aligned to Microsoft best practices and our ALM/DevOps governance.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Design
- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs across Dataverse, Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript, PCF controls, and integrations with Azure services.
- Define non‑functional requirements (security, performance, availability, observability) and drive adherence throughout delivery.
- Produce architecture assets: solution blueprint, integration contracts, data models, sequence/component diagrams, and deployment topology.
Development Leadership
- Set coding standards, review pull requests, and enforce quality gates (static analysis, unit/integration tests).
- Mentor engineers (backend, frontend, integration, QA) and guide task breakdown, estimates, and sprint execution.
- Lead technical spikes/POCs to de‑risk complex requirements (e.g., omnichannel routing, complex entitlement, or high‑volume case ingestion).
Power Platform & Dynamics 365 CE
- Design and build Model‑Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, and virtual tables.
- Implement CE extensibility: Plugins, Custom Workflow Activities, Dataverse Web API, Commanding & Ribbon Workbench, PCF.
- Leverage Copilot capabilities (Copilot in Dynamics 365, Copilot Studio) responsibly to boost user productivity.
Integration & Data
- Design/implement integrations using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, and webhooks; define error handling and retry strategies.
- Own data migration strategy (extract, transform, load), performance tuning, and reconciliation.
ALM, DevOps & Environments
- Establish CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), solution layering strategy, branching model, and release cadence.
- Manage environments (dev/test/UAT/pre‑prod/prod), deployment automation, configuration management, and feature toggles.
Quality, Security & Compliance
- Champion test automation (unit/integration/UI), code coverage, and performance testing.
- Ensure secure development practices (least privilege, secrets management, conditional access, DLP policies, audit).
- Align with Microsoft secure score guidance and internal governance.
Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with functional leads, PMs, and client architects; present technical options and trade‑offs.
- Support presales (estimations, solution approach, demos) and contribute reusable assets/accelerators.
People & Capability
- Coach developers; contribute to hiring, onboarding, and skill uplift plans.
Promote engineering culture: documented patterns, brown‑bags, and community of practice participation.

- 8–12+ years in Microsoft stack with 5+ years focused on Dynamics 365 CE/Dataverse and Power Platform.
- Proven experience leading multi‑sprint delivery as a Technical Lead across Sales/Customer Service/Field Service.
- Strong hands‑on in:
- C#/.NET (Plugins, Custom APIs, XRM SDK), JavaScript/TypeScript (form scripting, command bar), PCF.
- Dataverse schema design, security roles, teams, auditing.
- CI/CD with Azure DevOps , solution layering, branching strategies.
- Integration and data migration expertise (ETL, throttling, pagination, delta strategies).
- Excellent communication; able to lead technical workshops and defend architecture decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Omnichannel for Customer Service, FSR/Field Service resource scheduling, and Marketing.
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and responsible AI patterns for CRM scenarios.
- Performance tuning at scale (high‑volume case, lead imports, async processing).
- Multi‑cloud or hybrid patterns, and integration with SAP/Oracle/legacy systems.
