Your Role

As part of the reinforcement of our Finance team, we are looking for an experienced to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Reporting to Finance Management, you will contribute to financial performance monitoring, reporting accuracy and financial analysis, while working closely with Finance, Operations and other key functions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation of monthly financial reporting, closing activities and performance analysis;
Monitor budgets, forecasts and actual results, identifying and explaining key variances;
Contribute to cash flow and working capital monitoring and analysis;
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and prepare analyses for management;
Support cost, margin and expenditures analysis;
Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of financial data;
Contribute to internal control activities and ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures;
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Finance processes, tools and reporting practices;
Work cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Operations and Group teams;
Provide support on ad hoc financial analyses and Finance-related projects.

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit or a related field;
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in controlling, finance, audit or a similar position;
Solid knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis;
Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP and/or financial reporting tools is an advantage;
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights;
Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and meet deadlines;
Rigorous, proactive and results-oriented mindset;
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.

We are looking for an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team and support financial activities across France and Spain. You will contribute to monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow monitoring and financial performance improvement, working closely with Finance and Operations teams.
