They act as a resource for colleagues by sharing practical and technical expertise related to project controls and project performance management.

The Senior Project Controls Specialist supports project performance through the integration of progress measurement, cost control, schedule management, forecasting, analysis, and reporting activities. They work closely with project stakeholders to ensure accurate performance measurement, timely reporting, and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
 

The Senior Project Controls Specialist applies in-depth knowledge, experience, and industry best practices in project controls to support the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects. They are responsible for resolving complex project controls challenges, providing technical guidance, and working independently with minimal supervision.
