Sr Trainer - System Operations

Basic Purpose Develops, implements, conducts and maintains training program, materials and scenarios for Transmission and Distribution Operators (System Operators) and personnel to ensure bulk power system is operating in full compliance with all applicable Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), California Independent System Operator (CAISO), and Western Electricity Coordinating Council (WECC) standards.

Creates and implements all phases of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) and delivers both initial and continuing training. Develops and implements Transmission and Distribution system based scenarios for the System Operators. Responsible for both initial training as required when an employee moves into a new role and for continual training.
