Basic Purpose This position has primary responsibility for the Company’s regulatory and revenue accounting activities. Manages, directs, and coordinates the analysis and recording of internal and state regulatory filing obligations related to revenue accounting, deferred energy accounting, public policy programs, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, Energy Information Administration, earned rate of return reporting, and state and FERC rate case filings.

This position represents the Company as an expert witness in various regulatory proceedings and directs a team of about thirteen team members.
