…lead the commercial launch and growth of bolttech’s new and innovative consumer propositions, such as cyber protection. As a marketing expert, you will drive sales conversion, funnel optimisation, activation and ongoing customer usage, working with distribution partners, account teams and cross-functional stakeholders to turn customer access into measurable engagement and growth.
| You will be responsible for… |
- Driving and owning the end-to-end activation strategy for consumer propositions across partner channels.
- Driving sales and activation across Asia, with a clear focus on sales conversion, funnel optimization and customer usage.
- Analyzing the customer journey from product purchase or eligibility through registration, activation and ongoing usage, identifying key drop-off points and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and executing initiatives to improve activation, conversion and customer adoption rates.
- Partnering closely with distribution partners to embed activation initiatives into their customer journeys and key customer touchpoints.
- Working with partner Sales, Marketing, CRM and Customer Experience teams to improve how the value of consumer propositions is communicated to customers.
- Designing and optimizing customer activation campaigns across relevant channels, including digital, CRM, SMS, app, web and other partner touchpoints.
- Using customer behavior, funnel and performance data to identify activation barriers and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Establishing, monitoring and reporting key activation KPIs, including activation rate, conversion rate, adoption and engagement.
- Testing and optimizing activation journeys, messaging and campaign mechanics to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborating with Product, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience and Data teams to improve the overall consumer propositions customer experience.
- Collaborating with account teams and senior stakeholders across Asia to design and execute partner-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Providing customer and partner insights to support the ongoing development and optimization of consumer propositions.
- Building reusable frameworks, playbooks and best-practice guidance for launching and scaling consumer propositions.

| You will require the following qualifications and skills |
- 8+ years of experience in customer activation, growth, CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, digital marketing, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience in improving customer activation, conversion, adoption, or engagement through data-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, customer funnels, and key drivers of customer activation and engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in D2C customer lifecycle marketing across an omni-channel landscape, including digital, CRM, email, SMS, app, web and paid media touchpoints.
- Experience in analyzing customer behavior and performance data to identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with funnel optimization, web analytics and experimentation tools, such as Google Analytics and VWO.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams and external business partners.
- Ability to independently develop, execute, and optimise activation campaigns and initiatives from strategy through implementation.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, partner priorities, and business objectives.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional environment.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Korean.
- Experience in telecommunications, fintech, digital platforms, subscription services, cybersecurity, insurance, or insurtech would be an advantage.
