What You’ll Be Doing
- Support product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for new and existing software, devices, and services, from initial planning through launch, maintenance, and retirement.
- Conduct market research, analyze competitive trends, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities, define product requirements, and prioritize features that address business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to refine user stories, coordinate releases, manage risks, and ensure alignment with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate product development timelines, documentation, stakeholder communications, and cross-functional launch readiness, including training materials, product demonstrations, and sales enablement resources.
- Monitor product performance, customer satisfaction, serviceability, and business outcomes while supporting continuous improvement, financial planning, and effective management of product-related risks.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, science, or a related field.
- 0–3+ years of relevant experience in product management, operations, commercial functions, or related roles.
- Experience supporting product planning, market research, customer requirements gathering, or software and technology product development.
- Strong project coordination, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities and communicate product progress effectively.
- Understanding of product lifecycle processes, including requirements definition, development, testing, launch, and ongoing product improvements.
- Strong customer focus, sound judgment, and effective collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with regulated healthcare technologies, clinical data capture, medical devices, or relevant quality and regulatory standards is preferred.
- Ability to work remotely from the United States or Canada with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment; and travel occasionally as business needs require.
