As a Technical Principal, you will serve as a trusted technical leader and subject matter expert, driving strategic initiatives and influencing technology decisions across the organization. This role partners with business and technology leaders to deliver innovative solutions, champion best practices, and provide technical guidance that enhances business agility, operational excellence, and long-term strategic success. The ideal candidate is a recognized technical expert with strong business acumen, proven leadership experience, and the ability to influence outcomes across cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires exceptional problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills, along with a passion for mentorship, innovation, and driving complex initiatives from concept through execution.
