About the Role We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Specialist to join our team and support our ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. You will work across Core HR, Payroll, Reporting, Journeys, and Security, helping to shape and stabilize how our HR processes run in Oracle. Experience with data migration and system integration is a strong plus. This role suits someone with solid, hands-on Oracle HCM experience — whether built up in a consultancy environment or as an internal corporate specialist — who is comfortable working both independently and closely with cross-functional teams, including our implementation partner.
