About the role: as an experienced Product Lead B2C, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2C products across various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives;
- Lead the B2C team towards achieving the goal;
- Help in management and growth product team;
- Drive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors;
- Maintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization;
- Develop and manage the end-to-end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from Executives, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment;
- Work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance while ensuring revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met;
- Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning;
- Communicate the state of projects across;
- Conduct and analyze various A/B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years experience in product management, preferably B2C E-com, Ticketing, Travel;
- 1-2+ years experience with a lead role;
- English and Russian proficiency is a must;
- Experience in A/B testing;
- Experienced with agile planning, development, and communication management tools: JIRA, Slack, and similar;
- Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team;
- A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment;
- Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them;
- Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage;
- Experience working on ticketing platforms, e-commerce websites, and marketplace would be an advantage;
- Experience working with AI-agents and LLM-models for improving process and clients features would be an advantage.
- Ability to create, maintain, and adapt product roadmaps;
- Prioritize features based on strategic impact, user value, and ROI;
- Translating high-level company objectives (OKRs) into actionable product/feature goals;
- Negotiating requirements, timelines, and resources with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners;
- Conducting user interviews, focus groups, or usability testing;
- Creating user personas and journeys;
- Understanding how web applications are structured (APIs, front-end frameworks, hosting, cloud services);
- Proficiency in interpreting data from Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Working effectively with designers, developers, QA testers, marketing, finance, and ops teams;
- Comfortable leading demos, retrospective sessions, and stakeholder briefings;
- Identifying market gaps, staying current with competitor offerings, discovering strategic growth areas.
