Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Maintenance / Millwright Technician in the Tanner, Alabama, Alabama SMA reporting to the Tanner Plant Manager. The successful candidate will have demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth. 

Job Details: 

  • Starting wage based on experience

  • 2-3 years mining experience required 

  • Fulltime/Permanent  

  • 2nd Shift, Nights 

  • $3.00 Night Shift Premium  

  • Weekend work may be required 

  • Overtime available  

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for overseeing maintenance   

  • Perform routine inspections 

  • Preventative Maintenance 

  • Lubricating and cleaning mechanisms 

  • Replacing crusher liners and screen panels 

  • Adjusting and repairing conveyor belts 

  • Trouble shooting malfunctions
