Cost optimization
Compare cost with different sources and analyze the market trend to fix the best price. Cost analysis and benchmark from market, conduct cost down activities to achieve the cost saving target
Negotiation& Contract Management
Negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers in conformity to company worldwide strategy.
ERP
Maintain data of all the prices approved as a record and keeps track of changes in prices frequently and updates. To work closely with logistics (procurement) department on quantity and timing of deliveries as per the contract signed.
Supplier Management& Continues improvement
Global supplier management, do audit preventive and curative following HQ purchasing processes. Improve quality of products to reduce non quality costs
Education & background required
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing industries.
- Strong purchasing experience in mechanical commodities (Plastic, sheet metal, stamping, machining)
- Experience in commodity management & Cooperation with corporate.
- Proven experience in supplier negotiation and VAVE, strong data analysis.
- Localization experience and communication at business level in English.
- Leadership in project management and good at cross team communication.
Result‑oriented, can work under pressure and VUCA environment.
1. Responsible for supplier sourcing, cost control, commercial alignment, and cross functional collaboration 2. Lead RFQ/RFP processes, commercial evaluation, and supplier nomination for INO/EOM project 3. Plan, organize, control and evaluate all the purchase activities for factory need. 4. Identify and implement Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) reduction opportunities for assigned commodities 5. Manage vendors / suppliers and get the best global costs (quality, prices, deliveries) in the frame of global compact agreement 6. Responsible for supplier sourcing, cost control, technical-commercial alignment, and cross functional collaboration to support 7. Market Intelligence / scouting for key commodities
