Job Description
We are seeking an organized and collaborative L&D Coordinator to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the design, development, and delivery of training programs across our organization. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and passionate about fostering employee development and growth. You will work closely with the Learning & Development team to ensure seamless program execution and exceptional learning experiences for all participants.
- Coordinate and schedule training programs, workshops, and development sessions, ensuring optimal timing and resource allocation
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and maintain accurate training records, participant databases, and completion tracking
- Assist in the development and organization of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and digital content
- Support the planning and execution of onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the organization
- Communicate with trainers, facilitators, and participants to confirm attendance, provide logistical details, and address inquiries
- Organize and coordinate training venues, equipment, and materials to ensure all sessions run smoothly
- Collect and analyze training feedback and performance data to measure program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain comprehensive training calendars and documentation, ensuring all information is current and accessible
- Assist with the creation of training reports and presentations for management review
- Support the development of training budgets and track training-related expenses
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and customize programs accordingly
- Ensure compliance with organizational training policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in training coordination, L&D support, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
- Experience with training materials development or coordination
- Familiarity with virtual training platforms and tools
- Knowledge of instructional design principles or training best practices
- Experience with event coordination or program management
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports
