Do you enjoy bringing business and technology teams together to deliver complex change at scale?We are looking for an Executive Director – Global SAP Deployment & Entity Onboarding to lead the strategy, governance and execution of a multi-year global SAP transformation. You’ll establish a scalable deployment factory that enables consistent, controlled rollouts while meeting local and regulatory requirements.
• define and execute the global SAP deployment strategy, including rollout waves, country sequencing, entity clustering, capacity and critical dependencies
• establish and lead a global deployment factory with standardized methods, templates, tooling and quality gates
• drive delivery across countries and legal entities, managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and business readiness
• orchestrate dependencies across SAP S/4HANA Finance, General Ledger, SAP FPSL, master data governance, data platforms, tax, regulatory reporting and procurement
• lead deployment readiness, go/no-go decisions, cutover, stabilization and business acceptance
• drive automation, continuous improvement and consistent execution across deployment waves
