Lead and coordinate the execution of The Ordinary’s regional expansion plan across LATAM, ensuring the successful onboarding of new retailers and distributors, the readiness and execution of commercial launches, and the alignment of brand strategies with each market’s needs. Serve as a key point of connection between local, regional, and global teams to track milestones, timelines, financial commitments, and cross-functional activities, proactively identifying risks, removing roadblocks, and establishing consistent processes to drive efficient, seamless expansion aligned with overall business priorities.

1. Expansion governance & market follow-up

• Oversee the end-to-end expansion plan 
• Track each market against key milestones, timelines and financial commitments.
• Identify risks, dependencies and gaps, and escalate / unblock them with the relevant teams.

2. Retailer & distributor onboarding

• Coordinate the onboarding of new retailers and distributors from initial alignment through first order / launch.
• Follow up on customer setup, due diligence, compliance requirements and internal approvals.
• Ensure all required information and documentation are completed on time.

3. Launch readiness & execution

• Oversee launch readiness across commercial, marketing, VM, education and operations.
• Ensure retailer requirements, assortment, testers, merchandising and training needs are mapped and progressing.
• Coordinate launch timelines and ensure dependencies are closed before go-live.

6. Marketing & brand activation

• Work with local teams on launch plans, retailer activations and brand visibility opportunities.
• Coordinate requests and approvals with Global Brand, Comms and Creative teams.
• Ensure local plans remain aligned with The Ordinary brand guidelines and global priorities.

7. Cross-functional & team coordination

• Act as the regional point of connection across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, VM, Education, Brand and affiliate teams.
• Work closely with the local Sales & Marketing coordinators to prioritize activities and remove roadblocks.
• Establish ways of working, trackers and processes to create more consistency across expansion markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in project management, commercial operations, business development, market expansion, or a similar role, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or retail industry.

• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects across multiple markets, ensuring alignment on timelines, milestones, and business objectives.

• Experience managing retailer and distributor onboarding, commercial launches, or market entry initiatives.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Marketing, and global teams.

• Experience working in regional or multinational environments, coordinating with local affiliates and global headquarters.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, track progress, and drive solutions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive accountability across teams.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with project management tools and reporting dashboards is a plus.

• Business-level fluency in English and Spanish.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
