Overview

Our Customer Success organization in Denmark helps customers realize measurable and lasting business value from their Microsoft investments by strengthening Customer Health, accelerating Cloud Adoption, and advancing secure and scalable AI Transformation.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) to lead the Customer Success relationship with some of Microsoft's largest and most complex customers.

The role connects customer business and technology priorities with the right Microsoft capabilities, orchestrating account teams, technical specialists, Success Programs, support services, partners, and executive sponsors to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. We foster a culture built on a growth mindset, innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
