Responsible for managing the part time changeover crew, as well as assisting in the direction of all work projections for the department.Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs and coordinates the changeover crew and their activities involved in event setups/breakdowns/changeovers
- Changeovers include building preparation during the day and/or night from events such as hockey, basketball, concerts, expos, etc.
- Supervise concert load outs and chair strikes
- Enforce all changeover policies and procedures
- Supervise work assignments of crew
- Ensure changeover personnel are in proper uniform and condition to work
- Train changeover crews in the proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Assist in the direction of all work projects of the department
- Stress safety practices at all times
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
