The Director, Sustainability & Responsible Business
- Asia Pacific (APAC) will play a key role in advancing Travel with Purpose initiatives across the region by driving sustainability performance among APAC hotels, partnering with business partners to advance our 2030 goals, engaging and activating the Travel with Purpose Champion Network, showcasing Travel with Purpose at major leadership events and in strategic communications, and supporting responsible sourcing and animal welfare priorities. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, the role will help strengthen program adoption, elevate engagement, and enhance Hilton’s sustainability impact across APAC and globally. The position reports to the Senior Director, Global Sustainability & Responsible Business.
The Global Sustainability & Responsible Business Team leads Hilton’s 2030 Travel with Purpose goals, driving meaningful environmental and social impact across Hilton’s global portfolio. Through initiatives focused on sustainability, destination stewardship, and stakeholder collaboration, the team supports Hilton’s commitment to creating a positive impact in the destinations where it operates.
