About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you are responsible for providing service excellence, supporting daily F&B operations, will actively seek continued skills growth and act as a positive example for other outlet/s team members to follow. The primary focus points of this role will be to build rapport with our guests and deliver upon their expectations, maintaining a service culture of understanding and anticipating needs, taking ownership of the situation and creating memorable experiences for our guests and team members alike.
This role will cover all aspects of Food and Beverage service within the Restaurant, while also supporting operations across In-Room Dining, and Events. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:
- Demonstrating high standards of customer service
- Receiving orders and serving customer requests
- Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area
- Preparing of mise-en-place
