＜部門について＞
Surgical Operation Unit (サージカル)では、外科用医療機器メーカーのパイオニアとして、外科手術で使用されるステープリング、エナジー、スーチャー、ヘルニアなどの医療機器を中心とした製品を取り扱っています。また外科手術支援ロボット及びデジタルサージェリー製品部門と共に構成された事業部です。
＜業務内容＞
メドトロニックは現在、大型医療機器ビジネスに参入し全国で活動を展開しています。革新的な新技術をお客様に届けるべく、Sales Representativeを募集します。
主な業務
限定されたエリアにおいて予算目標の達成を目指し販売活動をします
自身で販売戦略を立案し、顧客に価値を提供します
既存チーム（関連する営業150名程度）と協業し顧客に対し最適な提案を行います
市場分析を通して優先順位の高い顧客を明確にし、訪問計画を立てます
既存チームに計画を共有し各診療科における手術分析、影響力分析を行い戦略立案します
製品のデモンストレーションにを通して製品の評価を取得します
予算に関わるステークホルダーを見極め情報収集及び交渉を行います
製品導入から運用に関わる全てのステークホルダー（医師、看護師、臨床工学技士、経理、法務 等）へ交渉をします
導入が決定した顧客に対し、臨床サポート部隊への引継ぎを行います
顧客先の関係者及び臨床サポート担当者とのキックオフ会議を開催し、導入から臨床までの計画を建てます
顧客の選定、アプローチ、優先順位を常にローリングで積み上げ、数字責任を満たす為の十分なターゲットに対し行動を管理します
＜Must Haves＞
Job Experience
各項目において5年以上の経験を有し、手術室に関わる営業経験、顧客との対人折衝、複数の関係者を巻き込みながら関係構築のスキーム作りと実行経験が望ましい
外科系キャピタルの営業経験
外科領域製品の販売経験

高いコミュニケーション能力/交渉力/関係構築力
自発的・クリエイティブな行動力（新しい技術や情報を積極的に探究し、日常業務で実装するために行動する力）

高卒以上

Job Experience
英語力（会議への参加、リーディング、スピーキングに積極的である）
社会的地位（学長、病院長、理事長 等）の高い顧客との折衝経験
10名程度の部下を持つ管理者経験
＜Working Style＞
週5日、担当施設、及び配属エリア内施設にて業務を行います
宿泊を伴う出張が月半分程度発生する見込みです
