- The Cath Lab Tech Performs specialized cardiovascular procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, including but not limited to: records hemodynamic pressures and computerized data, operates special X-ray equipment, burns compact disks, assists the invasive/interventional cardiologist vascular surgeon, electrophysiologist with procedures using sterile technique and has knowledge of cardiac medications.
