Employee Training Specialist (Global Onboarding)

Job Summary
Coordinates and facilitates general and specific training programs, supporting the planning, design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives aligned with organizational needs. Participates in training needs analysis, development of instructional content and materials, evaluation of program effectiveness, and generation of insights to support data-driven decision-making.
At the CDBS site, this position will serve as the primary facilitator for onboarding sessions for new employees, fostering an engaging and effective learning experience. The role may also facilitate Spanish-language onboarding sessions for U.S. locations as needed, provide operational support for the Global OnBoarding data flow, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support training and talent initiatives.
