Ford Racing – Body Interior Engineering Supervisor

In this position... You will lead Body Interior Engineering for current and future Ford Racing vehicle programs. You'll be an independent, empowered supervisor who owns interior design, development, validation, and certification. You'll integrate the interior system into the total program and deliver on quality, cost, weight, function, and timing. You'll guide supplier and internal teams to bring performance-focused interior systems to life.
