• Responsibilities:
• 1. Support rental & utility invoicing.
• 2. Assist in rental month end closing matter.

• Requirements:
• 1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in fields related to Finance / Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration or any field.
• 2. Minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• 3. Able to commit at least 3 to 6 months. Students in their last semester are encouraged to submit their applications.
• 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
