As our Key Account Manager - APAC, you will support CoolIT's growth across the Asia-Pacific region by developing strategic customer relationships, expanding key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with customers and internal technical teams to deliver tailored liquid cooling solutions for data center and enterprise environments.

What You Will Do
- Manage and grow existing key accounts across the APAC region, supporting customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of strategic relationships with prospective customers.
- Partner with technical and engineering teams to develop and present liquid cooling solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain complete, current customer and opportunity records in the CRM system.
- Represent CoolIT at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across APAC.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and other internal teams to support regional strategies and customer onboarding.
Position Details
- Location: Taiwan.
- Regional scope: Asia-Pacific
- Travel: Up to 20% international travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of account management, sales, or business development experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accounts in the APAC region.
- Ability to travel across the APAC region as required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background or experience in the data center, IT hardware, thermal management, or liquid cooling industries.
- Understanding of data center technologies and cooling systems.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
