SAIC has an exciting opportunity for a Solutions Architect Principal to join a high-performance team that is spearheading our customers (VA) migration to the cloud. Tremendous growth opportunity working within cloud ecosystem. mission-critical healthcare applications supporting modernization efforts, system enhancements, and healthcare interoperability initiatives associated with legacy healthcare systems. Looking for an engineer who can work at scale and with autonomy, who can be a trusted advisor to our client. This is a 100% Remote role.

Job Description

Leveraging domain expertise develops comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and leads the development of a complete solution meeting all requirements resulting in a price competitive proposal.
Collaborates with business development, capture, proposal, and other team members to optimize our proposed solutions.
Identifies technical staff needs to support Pre-B&P and B&P activities.
Coordinates assignments of technical personnel to proposal efforts.
Coordinates with team member technical leadership and technical contributors on solution development, proposal writing, and estimating.
Provides subject matter expertise to meet customer technical, schedule and cost requirements within applicable risk parameters.
Works closely with the Enterprise Architect to design, implement, and govern secure, scalable, and highly available Azure cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology standards, business objectives, security requirements, and cloud governance best practices.
Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Receives assignments in the form of objectives and establishes goals to meet objectives.
Provides guidance to r team members to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
Develops solutions to complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
Ensures solutions are consistent with organization objectives.
Work is performed without appreciable direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment. Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long-term perspective for desired results.
