Join Coty's Digital Content & Activation team and support the delivery of best-in-class online experiences across some of the world's most iconic beauty brands. Working across both Consumer Beauty and Prestige Beauty, you will play a key role in ensuring digital content is accurate, engaging, and retailer-ready, supporting product launches, content updates, retailer activations, and day-to-day operational excellence.

THE ROLE
ENABLE, COORDINATE, EXECUTE!
As our Digital Content & Activation Assistant, you will support the Digital Content & Activation team in delivering flawless content execution across retailer.com websites and digital channels. You will help prepare launches, manage digital assets, maintain content accuracy, coordinate retailer requirements, and support activation plans that drive engagement and conversion.
Here's the day in the life of Coty's Digital Content & Activation superstar:
GO-TO-MARKET LAUNCHES & DIGITAL ACTIVATION
- Support Content Specialists in preparing digital content for new product launches across retailer websites and social channels.
- Coordinate product imagery, copy updates, artwork requests and agency briefs to ensure launch readiness.
- Assist with retailer go-live processes, ensuring content is delivered accurately and on time.
- Work closely with local and global brand teams to understand launch priorities and support retailer execution.
- Support retailer promotional activity, coordinating creative assets, banners and content requirements.
- Complete content audits and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement across retailer websites.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of launch trackers, activation calendars and project documentation.
CONTENT MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- Maintain product catalogues and content platforms, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Support the management of digital assets including imagery, copy, videos and supporting content.
- Coordinate image refreshes and creative expiry processes, ensuring retailer sites remain compliant.
- Support retailer briefs by coordinating copy, creative assets and calls-to-action with relevant stakeholders.
- Work with external agencies and internal teams to ensure retailer-specific requirements are delivered accurately.
- Assist in maintaining internal systems and content libraries including DAM platforms and SharePoint.
- Raise and track content requests, ensuring projects remain organised and delivered to agreed timelines.
CONTENT OPTIMISATION & DIGITAL INSIGHTS
- Monitor competitor and cross-category digital executions to identify best practices and emerging trends.
- Share recommendations and observations that could improve customer engagement and content performance.
- Support the optimisation of product detail pages (PDPs), brand content pages and retailer activations.
- Assist with GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) and AI-driven content initiatives.
- Help ensure content follows best practices and delivers a consistent customer experience across channels.
- Support reporting and data gathering to help evaluate content performance and identify opportunities.

You are detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong desire to build a career within digital marketing, ecommerce and content activation.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to executional excellence.
- Passion for digital commerce, online shopping and customer experience.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, DAM platforms or SharePoint is advantageous but not essential.
- Interest in CRM, GEO, AI-driven content and emerging digital commerce trends.
- Experience within beauty, fashion, FMCG, retail, ecommerce, digital content or marketing coordination is beneficial.
