As an execution associate you will:- Support the full Unified Global Banking (UGB) Coverage team in originating cross-divisional business opportunities
- Review, diligence, and process of referrals into our Investment Bank from Wealth Management Americas
- Assist across major workstreams of M&A, debt and equity transactions including diligence, the development of financial analyses, and all client deliverables
- Conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, prepare presentations, and author confidential information memorandums as well as other reports
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide clients with seamless transaction execution
