Emerging Markets Sales Trader

You will deliver first class service to our clients in executing their orders. This role within global markets will require the candidate to have knowledge of Emerging Markets and equity market structure, and experience of servicing institutional clients from an execution perspective. The candidate should have an aptitude to learn across multiple markets, products and execution channels, and to enjoy steep learning curves. Ideally have 3–5 years of experience sales trading cash equities across Emerging and/or Developed Markets, preferably within High Touch, with experience of Low Touch or PT also helpful. The role is to work within and as a globally connected team, therefore important to enjoy a strong team ethic, support colleagues and work effectively across different geographical locations and time zones.We’re looking for someone like that who can help us:
• execute client transactions primarily in cash equities, with a focus on Emerging Markets and High Touch execution
• ensure close relationships with specialists, colleagues and offices across multiple locations
• ensure highest client satisfaction in execution related services and develop strong, long-term client relationships
• provide clients with relevant market, execution and product insights
• manage risks related to the execution function, exercise sound judgement and take responsibility for mitigating actions
• optimize processes and automation to improve execution workflows, efficiency and the overall client experience
• liaise with trading, operations, technology and other partners in case of issues related to execution
