For the primary debt market Origination of debt capital markets (“DCM”) instruments including i.e. debenture, convertible debenture, structured debenture, bill of exchange and SOE bond etc.
To ensure their activities are conducted according to existing policies and procedures approved by the management and the Board including the Group Chinese Walls Policies and Procedures, where applicable.
To pitch, structure and complete DCM transactions.
To work closely with IBK for origination of deals.
To work closely with the Syndicate Desk and Fixed Income Sales teams for the sell down of the deals.
To coordinate with the relevant parties and authorities including SEC, Rating Agency and Thai BMA, where applicable, in executing DCM transactions.
To work with the relevant parties including the Legal Advisor, Auditor, Registrar and Bondholder representative, where applicable.

Primary origination of debt capital markets (“DCM”) and Convertible Bonds Structuring (“CBS”) instruments and CM products (where applicable). The roles of Origination include pitching, structuring and execution of DCM deals including other CM products (where applicable) and to assist in the distribution of DCM products, where required. The roles also include SSF include pitching, structuring and execution of SSF deals including other CM products (where applicable) and to assist in the distribution of SSF products, where required. SSF products include the origination of securitization, structured finance and hybrid capital instruments
