Required Competencies

Strong understanding of formulation and process development of sterile injectable dosage forms for regulated markets.
Hands-on experience and/or exposure to complex injectable systems, including microspheres, liposomes, and polymer-based formulations.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical development documentation, technology transfer, and regulatory expectations.
Working knowledge of Quality by Design (QbD) principles and their application throughout product development.
Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to work in a highly regulated GMP environment with strong focus on compliance, quality, and attention to detail.
Experience in formulation optimization, characterization, and troubleshooting of injectable drug products.
Knowledge of scale-up activities, process validation concepts, and technology transfer requirements is preferred.
