About the Role
The Account Manager owns the day-to-day relationship on a portfolio of inBeat client accounts. Once a new client is signed and handed over by Sales, you become their go-to person: keeping the relationship strong, programmes on track and clients coming back for more.
You'll bring our Influencer, UGC, Creative and Paid Media specialists together into one smooth client experience, with Senior AMs and leads in your corner for guidance as you grow.
This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere/everywhere in the world.
What you'll do
Own the day-to-day relationship on your client accounts as their primary point of contact
Take a clean handoff from Sales, run the internal kickoff and lead the client kickoff, with support from a Senior AM or your lead when needed
Hold regular client calls to stay on top of client and project health
Track progress, budgets and timelines alongside the Project Manager so nothing gets dropped
Coordinate our Influencer, UGC, Creative and Paid Media specialists so clients get one joined-up experience
Spot risks and delivery issues early, and flag them through the escalation process before they turn into churn
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, and scope them with your lead and the delivery team
Keep an eye on scope, raising requests that fall outside the SOW so the team isn't stretched by unplanned work
Pull together performance insights and help prepare and present QBRs that tie results back to client goals
Share SOW and payment schedule details with Finance so billing is accurate, and keep account documentation current
What we're looking for
Perfect written & spoken English
2+ years of experience in account management, client services or client success, ideally in an agency
Experience managing multiple client accounts and stakeholders at the same time
Working knowledge of influencer marketing, UGC or paid social, and the curiosity to learn across all our services
Confident communicator who can handle tricky client conversations and knows when to escalate
Highly organized and detail-oriented, keeping budgets, timelines and deliverables in check
Commercially aware, comfortable spotting growth opportunities while keeping scope under control
Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Strong team player who enjoys working closely with delivery teams and learning from senior teammates
While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Experience at an influencer, UGC or performance marketing agency
Experience scoping upsells or writing SOWs
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion or a CRM
