Serás responsable de apoyar la transformación de datos en información relevante para la toma de decisiones estratégicas de Natura &Co en la región Andina. Tu misión principal será apoyar la generación, análisis y visualización de información del negocio mediante el desarrollo de consultas, reportes, automatizaciones y tableros de control. Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con Planeación Comercial, Marketing, RGM y otras áreas de negocio para identificar oportunidades y tendencias en las marcas Natura y Avon.What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?
Tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Gestión y visualización de datos: Desarrollar y mantener dashboards e indicadores clave (KPIs), asegurando la actualización, calidad y consistencia de la información. Apoyar la automatización de procesos recurrentes para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
- Análisis de negocio e insights: Analizar la información de la compañía para identificar oportunidades, riesgos y tendencias. Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave y colaborar en la elaboración de reportes periódicos para la toma de decisiones.
- Análisis de performance y portafolio: Apoyar el análisis de variables de ventas, categorías y portafolio de productos de Natura y Avon, contribuyendo al entendimiento del desempeño comercial regional.
- Comunicación y soporte ejecutivo: Comunicar hallazgos de forma clara y estructurada, apoyando la preparación de presentaciones y reportes ejecutivos para diferentes áreas de la organización.
¿Cuáles son los Requisitos?
- Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Economía, Estadística, Administración de Empresas, Matemáticas o carreras afines.
- Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia en áreas de Business Intelligence, Análisis de Datos, Inteligencia Comercial, Planeación Comercial o roles similares.
- Nivel intermedio en herramientas de visualización de datos (Power BI o Tableau).
- Nivel intermedio en lenguaje de consulta de bases de datos (SQL).
- Dominio intermedio-avanzado de Excel (manejo de bases de datos, tablas dinámicas, fórmulas y funciones de análisis).
¿Cuáles son los diferenciales?
- Capacidad de análisis cuantitativo y estructuración de información para la resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades de comunicación clara para transmitir hallazgos analíticos a diferentes audiencias internas.
- Proactividad, organización y atención al detalle en la validación de fuentes de datos.
- Conocimiento o experiencia en Python para análisis de datos y automatización.
- Experiencia previa en empresas de Consumo Masivo (FMCG), Retail, Venta Directa o industrias afines.
