We are looking for a Senior HRIT Specialist to join our global HRIT team and take responsibility for the design, configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of HR technology solutions within the Talent and Performance domain. Your primary scope will cover SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, onboarding solutions and the Phenom Talent Acquisition platform, with opportunities to contribute to related talent technologies. You will combine strong hands-on solution expertise with a solid understanding of global talent, supporting international rollouts, enhancements, and the ongoing evolution of our HR technology landscape. In this role, you will help ensure that our Talent and Performance solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business needs across multiple countries.
You will be part of an agile team and collaborate closely with different HR teams, Product Owners, your IT colleagues, vendors, and other global stakeholders. In this hands-on role, you will translate business and functional requirements into scalable system solutions, challenge proposed approaches where appropriate and enhance HR technology platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring that solutions are technically feasible, maintainable, and aligned with agreed designs and best practices.

What tasks are waiting for you?
- Own complex 2nd–3rd level support and act as an escalation point for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, onboarding solutions and processes, and the Phenom Talent Acquisition platform
- Lead advanced configuration and continuous improvement across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, onboarding solutions and processes, and the Phenom Talent Acquisition platform, including relevant workflows, notifications, templates, permissions, integrations, and user journeys.
- Design end-to-end solutions that connect Talent & Performance modules with Employee Central and other HR or enterprise systems, ensuring consistent data, efficient processes, and a seamless user experience
- Drive system changes and enhancements from requirements analysis and solution design through configuration, testing, documentation, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Lead HRIT workstreams and contribute to international rollouts and annual talent cycles, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder readiness, and smooth handover into operations
- Advise HR, HR Digitalization Product Owners, IT, and global stakeholders while proactively improving process standardization, data quality, usability, reporting, adoption, and solution stability

- Understand key talent processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and skills management, including how AI-enabled talent intelligence platforms can support skills-based recruiting, internal talent mobility, and employee development.
- Can translate business requirements into scalable system designs, configure complex solutions, and assess their impact across connected modules and processes
- Have practical experience with testing, release management, documentation, data migration or imports, reporting, and supporting recurring global HR cycles
- Can confidently advise senior stakeholders, challenge requirements constructively, and balance global standards with local business needs.
- Communicate fluently in English and demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Can lead workstreams, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes with limited supervision
