Marketing Home Lead
As a Home Lead, lead the Brand Building professional Home for the assigned coaching span by stewarding capabilities and talent, enabling career growth and mobility, and partnering with Work Leads to balance business delivery with sustainable capability development under the Dynamic Shared Ownership model.
Lead the Marketing strategy by translating consumer, market, and business insights into profitable growth, market share expansion, and sustainable brand building.

- Home Leadership, Capability and Talent Stewardship
- Build critical Brand Building capabilities and address priority skill gaps.
- Coach and develop talent through career planning, regular feedback, and meaningful development opportunities.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning using fair, consistent, and evidence-based standards.
- Enable talent mobility and agile skills deployment across markets, teams, and Homes.
- Build a connected Brand Building community that promotes belonging, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with Work Leads, HR, and key stakeholders to align talent and capability priorities with business needs.
- Role-model VACC leadership and enable effective collaboration between Home and Work responsibilities.
- Marketing Strategy and Business Leadership
- Design, develop, and implement strategic marketing programs and pricing strategies to support the organization’s products and services across different market sectors.
- Lead the marketing strategy by translating consumer, market, and business insights into profitable growth, market share expansion, and sustainable brand building.
- Lead the portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline, accelerating new value propositions to strengthen future competitiveness.
- Use a range of marketing strategies and media, including print, broadcast, and digital channels, to effectively launch and position products and services.
- Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to identify and execute targeted marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage work across multiple marketing sub-families, including product and brand marketing, P&L management, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities, inform marketing strategies, and enhance overall brand performance.
- Act as a Home Lead who shapes business decisions and mobilizes Sales, Finance, Supply, Medical, Regulatory, and Digital & Data teams around shared priorities and outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience building capabilities at enterprise, functional, or team level.
- Demonstrated strength in coaching, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Ability to lead through influence across diverse markets, teams, and stakeholder groups.
- Ability to make fair, consistent, and evidence-based talent assessments and decisions.
- Experience enabling career mobility, talent flow, and skills deployment across organizational boundaries.
- Demonstrated track record in business transformation, innovation, and organizational change.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
