Main responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy and execution for Sanofi's Immunology portfolio in Czechia, including the launch of a new indication for an established product.
- Deliver sales growth and business objectives through effective customer engagement and execution excellence.
- Build strong partnerships with healthcare professionals, key accounts, and other stakeholders to maximize patient access and impact.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Work closely with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product and indication launches.
- Use customer insights and market intelligence to identify opportunities and adapt strategies.
- Promote a culture of compliance, ethics, and Sanofi's Play to Win behaviors.
About you
- Proven commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within Immunology, Specialty Care, or a related therapeutic area.
- Strong understanding of the Czech healthcare environment and market dynamics.
- Experience leading product launches, preferably including new indications, specialty products, or innovative therapies.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong customer focus with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive change and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Digitally savvy and experienced in modern customer engagement approaches.
- Fluent in Czech and English.
