- Description and Requirements
📋 Overall Description: Responsible for turning strategic partnerships into scalable revenue, stronger customer propositions, and measurable value for Lenovo and its partners.
🚀Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic relationship with assigned technology and ecosystem partners.
- Develop and execute joint business plans aligning priorities, growth targets, and GTM strategies.
- Drive incremental revenue and pipeline through joint opportunities and co-selling.
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Sales, Marketing, Product, Services, Finance, and Operations.
- Maximize partner investments and programs including MDF, incentives, rebates, and enablement.
- Manage performance and executive governance through KPIs, business reviews, and executive engagement.
✅ Position Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in alliances, sales, business development, or partner management.
- Technology ecosystem and channel expertise ideally across PCs, infrastructure, services, and/or software.
- Strategic partner management experience including engagement with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience driving revenue and managing investments.
- Ability to influence across functions and execute effectively in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presentation capability.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
📍This position is located at Rua Werner Von Siemens, 111, São Paulo.
