Your role
Main responsibilities:
- Design, develop and deliver training programs aligned with business needs.
- Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with managers and stakeholders.
- Create effective and engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, guides, videos).
- Coordinate the training calendar, logistics, and participant communications.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement internal communication plans to support projects and initiatives.
- Draft and edit content for internal communication channels.
- Ensure consistency of messaging with company values and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and impact.
- Monitor and analyze communication effectiveness and employee engagement levels.
Main requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of principles and practices of training and development methods and techniques
- Microsoft Office package (i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, Excel, PPT), photo and video-editing software is an asset
- Knowledge of methods to identify training needs, reporting and evaluating results of needs assessments, and analyzing performance problems.
- Ability to apply basic evaluation techniques.
- Experience in web design and content production is a plus like also in copywriting and editing
- Ability to exercise judgment, make decisions, establish professional contacts, and organize time with the appropriate supervision.
- Good communication (oral and written) presentation skills, outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Humanities, EHS, Communication & Marketing
- English Level C1
- Italian, French, others (nice to have)

- 900 Eur Gross per month
