The Relationship Manager – Housing Finance is responsible for sourcing and acquiring Home Loan customers, building relationships with builders, connectors, and channel partners, and achieving business targets through effective sales and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire customers for Home Loans and other Housing Finance products.

Achieve assigned login, sanction, disbursement, and revenue targets.

Generate leads through open market sourcing, builders, DSAs, property brokers, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and real estate stakeholders.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable home financing solutions.

Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.

Ensure timely completion of documentation and loan disbursement.
