Job Summary:

The Sleigh Host is an integral part of the guest experience, welcoming guests as they begin their journey from the base of the mountain to an unforgettable cabin dining experience. This role combines exceptional hospitality, guest safety, mountain knowledge, communication, and hands-on sleigh preparation to ensure every guest feels cared for from the moment they arrive at the base until they safely return down the mountain after their meal.

They are responsible for assisting guests with loading and unloading, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride, communicating guest and transportation updates, and creating a warm, engaging atmosphere throughout the journey.
