About the Role
Customer Centricity - This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.
• Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through banks to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at assigned banks
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist department and bank branches in achieving business targets on assigned segments
- Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches/district
- Monitor the sales momentum on sales staff and branch level. Provide targeted coaching to uplift sales productivity
- Build up and maintain solid relationships and rapport with banks’ district managers, branch managers and all frontline staff
- Build and develop good relationships with bank staff to achieve business goals
- Communicate all marketing and sales programs to bank’s frontline staff and ensure awareness and participation
- Provide support on operations and application processing, and answer enquiries from bank’s frontline staff
- Provide pre-sales preparation for coming appointments
- Provide appointment calling skill training through call monitoring findings.
- Provide on-going training for the bank’s frontline staff, including product, sales technique, prospecting, objection handling and sales operation and process, etc
- Support ad-hoc projects assigned by the direct manager
- Supporting Channel Head to follow through and drive different internal / external stakeholders on various initiatives implementation besides the planning part
Minimum Job Requirements:
- University graduate with 10 years’ insurance sales experience, preferably with bank’s frontline experience
- Relevant experience on coaching and training bank’s sales staff on insurance is highly preferred.
- With Insurance Intermediaries Qualification Papers 1, 3 license is highly preferred
- Good spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Obtain relevant license if your job involves in regulated activities
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
