Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
  • Candidates with Finance & Accounting educational background will be preferred.

Experience

  • Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance Operations, or related processes will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of accounting concepts (Journal Entries, Debit/Credit, Reconciliation, Vendor Payments, etc.).
  • Good understanding of MS Office 365, especially:
    • Excel (Formulas, Filters, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred)
    • Outlook
    • Teams
    • Word
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Preferred

  • Exposure to Accounts Payable, Bank Administration, or Finance Operations processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) will be an added advantage.
Looking for B.Com graduates with 0-3 years of experience (freshers can also apply). Candidates should have a basic understanding of accounting concepts and good working knowledge of MS Office 365, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word. Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn are essential.
