Under the general direction of the Supervisor/Manager of Clinic Operations with clinical oversight from the Director of Clinical Operations, RN: The Lead Clinic RN is responsible for delivering holistic nursing care to patients in an ambulatory (outpatient) setting. This care is tailored to each patient's physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and adapts appropriate care strategies for all stages of life. A key function of this role is to coordinate patient care by applying the nursing process - assessing, identifying, planning, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of care and educational needs.
