Electrical Engineer

SAIC is seeking a well-rounded Electrical Engineer to support test activities for a team of EEs, MEs, programmers and other project personnel involved in delivering concepts and products related to aircraft and other military systems. The candidate will directly support Government program(s) as a test engineer throughout the entire program lifecycle. This position will be onsite at our facility in Indianapolis, IN.

JOB DUTIES:

The candidate will focus on testing at the Circuit Card Assembly (CCA) level.
Candidate will analyze CCA designs and will design tests to fully verify functionality of the CCAs.
Candidate will design test hardware and write code as needed to test and troubleshoot CCAs and the resident embedded software (SW) and firmware (FW).
Candidate will interpret test results and will work with other engineers to improve CCA, SW, and FW designs.
Candidate is expected to possess excellent communication skills to interface to multi-disciplinary design team as well as customers.
